Locally brewed Dale Bros. beer makes the cut at the newly opened 8 oz. Burger Bar!

Los Angeles – July 2008: As you probably already know, Govind Armstrong’s Table 8 re-opened last week as the 8 oz. Burger Bar.

What you might not know is that a local beer, Dale Bros. Brewery’s Pomona Queen, is on the menu. After being picked up by restaurants like Pizzeria Mozza, the Hungry Cat and now 8 oz. (not to mention grabbing a gold medal at last year’s L.A. County Fair), it looks like this California Common lager is increasingly becoming the L.A. foodie’s beer of choice.

When you stop in to review the new restaurant, please give Pomona Queen a shot (and, if you please, a shout out).

About Dale Bros. Brewery
Dale Bros. Brewery opened in Upland in 2002 and has been delivering fresh beer to local establishments since January 2003. Brewmaster, Curtis Dale, is a graduate of the American Brewers Guild in Salisbury, Vermont, and focuses on producing California style lager beer with a balanced, rich palate.

About Pomona Queen
Pomona Queen is Dale Bros. Brewery’s flagship beer. It is an American-Style Amber Lager brewed in the style of a California Common Beer, the only beer style to originate from our state. Our unique take on this style is focused on striking a fine balance between malt, hops, and the dryer character of a lager to create an uncommonly drinkable beer that goes well with a wide variety of food. Pomona Queen was a Gold Medal Winner at the 2007 L.A. County Fair.
